Apologies in advance for all the selfies you’re about to see. I was alone and had to find a way to capture my Sanrio moments on my own. 🙂 Thanks to Japanese hospitality, a lot of other park guests I met through a smile (or maybe they sensed my desperation for a photo) offered to take my pictures.
Here are some random snapshots. The chronology of which I lost track of since I was overwhelmed by cuteness from all over.
Elevator shot. Haha.
LITTLE TWIN STARS
HELLO KITTY a.k.a. Lady Kitty’s House
This is where I did some awkward bowing and other gestures to show respect to Lady Kitty as instructed by the Japanese attendant. I just copied what others were doing.
I know, I know. I could have loosened up a bit so this doesn’t look like a passport photo. Thankyousomuch. And there I was again, posing like a robot. 😀
At this point, I was stopped by a staff member. Through a mix of broken English and some hand signals, I got her point that taking my own photo is not allowed. I will have to purchase from their store later. The girl before me in line. 🙂
Forgot how much I got this photo for but I remember begging the attendant to just give me a printout without the border. Haha. Guess you know what her response was.
