As she continues to share her real-time princess fashion and lifestyle content through her social media platforms, Jess is prepared to extend her charm and creativity from the digital realm to the entertainment industry spotlight.
Jess’s first appearance was as “Diwata,” the niece of Wilma Doesnt, in the series “Abot Kamay Na Pangarap.” In addition to this role, she has worked with Regal Studios and guest-starred on “Pepito Manaloto: Tuloy Ang Kuwento.” Recently, she secured a policewoman role in the upcoming series “Sanggang Dikit FR.”
Why did she decide to pursue showbiz?
In an interview, she shared, “It was really my own decision to enter the showbiz industry.” She drew inspiration from watching Filipino teleseryes when she was young, which led her to realize, “I want to become a star one day, I want to be seen on television to express my emotions and craft as well,” she added.
Many celebrities transition to digital platforms, but for Jess, her entry into entertainment was driven by her desire to pursue acting. “I’m not for fame, ang gusto ko sa showbiz, I got to express my emotions yung acting po yung gusto ko doon, napapakita ko po yung iba’t ibang personality ko and at the same time mas napupush ako,” she explained.
Jess is the only member of her family to enter the entertainment industry, as her family primarily focuses on business. Despite this, she still dedicates time to her degree in Business Administration from Southville International School, balancing her acting pursuits with her academic goals.
Why did she choose to sign with Artist Circle?
Artist Circle was introduced to her by her father. Jess expressed gratitude for being part of the agency. “I’m so happy and grateful that I chose Artist Circle because mas magiging better ako as a person and as an actress,” she shared.
