Cebu is gearing up for an event that is undoubtedly going to be one for the books for the music lovers and adventure goers this year. It is set for Saturday, November 22, 2025, and the festival is anticipated to be the crowning jewel of the year’s entertainment calendar, bringing together some of the most intoxicating performances, interlaced with colorful pyrotechnics, breathtaking visuals, and something for everyone to Instagram about. And yes, for the first time ever, vibrant hot air balloons will soar above Cebu’s skies, creating a breathtaking backdrop for all of the festival goers!
The Festival That Will Illuminate Cebu
Fresh from slaying it in Clark, Pampanga last May, the country’s premier touring OPM music festival is set to ignite Cebu.
The event features some of the most outstanding figures of the Filipino music industry. P-pop sensation SB19 will close the show and as always, they will come together with their dedicated followers, A’TIN. Also performing is world famous Rico Blanco, all set to enhance the festival with his timeless music hits.
Local favorites such as Koriks have been confirmed to once again amaze the listeners with their well-known songs. Folk-pop group Ben&Ben will move the audience with their engaging stage performance to sing and dance along to. And with their chart-topping hits, such as “Multo” which hit the top of Billboard Philippines Hot 100 and is loved by the younger generation as well as the older generations, it is certain that Cup of Joe will capture the audience’s attention.
Cutting edge performers like Maki with his popular songs “Dilaw,” “Saan,” and “Kahel na Langit” will infuse some modern style into the line pole. An exciting addition as well is Earl Agustin with his smash hit “Tibok” which has close to 150 million streams on Spotify, guarantees some fresh beats and innovative vibes to the show.
An Aerial Fiesta
While the performers are on stage, the Cebu skies will feature a colorful ballet of hot air balloons drifting in a precession. Expect Ethereal View balloons to the festival’s accompanying songs which surely be an unforgettable moment.
