The Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. presents this year’s Bakery Fair 2025, a sweet treat innovation and the most awaited event in the Philippine baking industry! This event is for bakers, entrepreneurs, and pastry lovers from March 6 to March 8, 2025, at the World Trade Center, Manila.
The trade show celebrates tradition and innovation. Bakery Fair 2025 will exhibit modern baking technologies, present industry trends, methods to reduce ingredient costs, new alternatives, and teach baking techniques passed down through generations. Whether one is an expert, an aspiring professional, or a lover of baked products and sweets, this event will offer knowledge, opportunities, and inspiration.
According to the President of FCBAI, Mr. Chris Ah, “Well, it’s very exciting. The Bakery Fair 2025. Hindi lang po ito para sa mga business na may bakeries, this is also for bakers who are enthusiastic. So, if hindi ka po baker and umattend ka po ng Bakery Fair, baka pag labas mo gusto mo na magtayo ng bakery.” They also plan to invite local showbiz celebrities who are into baking.
“This event is more than just a showcase; it’s a catalyst for unity and progress, bringing together pioneers and communities to create a sweeter, brighter future for all.” He added. The three-day event entrance is free with registration via the link on their official Facebook page.
