Upcoming film “Quezon” from TBA Studios has started its promotions with a series of creative events that brought the characters to life for people at the mall. As the film is set to open in Philippine theaters on October 15, these activities offered a sneak peek of what audiences can look forward to.
Surprise Encounter at IKEA Philippines
On September 14, the cast surprised shoppers at IKEA Philippines. Dressed in costumes, the actors performed scenes that depicted their roles in the movie. Jericho Rosales, playing Manuel L. Quezon, and Mon Confiado, portraying Emilio Aguinaldo, engaged with passersby in character. Their spontaneous interaction brought back moments from history right in the middle of a busy shopping environment.
The cast included Benjamin Alves, Karylle, Arron Villaflor, Cris Villanueva, Therese Malvar, Angeli Bayani, Jake Macapagal, Ketchup Eusebio, Jun Nayra, and Bodjie Pascua.
