At a time when businesses measure success by numbers alone, REH KINGS Empire Corporation chooses to count something deeper — lives changed, families uplifted, and communities strengthened.

The company’s recent Members Congress held this month marked a major milestone, that is its seventh year of continuous growth and gathering leaders, partners, and entrepreneurs from all over the country under a unifying theme: “ONE VISION. ONE EMPIRE. SEVEN YEARS STRONG. BUILDING LEGACY.” The grand event served as a moment of reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment to purpose.
Leading the whole celebration was President and CEO Salome V. Garcia.
Built on Purpose, Sustained by People
Since its establishment in 2019, REH KINGS Empire Corporation has grown into a nationwide network operating in modern trade, direct selling, and entrepreneurial development. Anchored on leadership, integrity, and community, the organization provides structured opportunities for Filipinos seeking both health solutions and sustainable livelihood.

The company’s mission is clear — to promote healthy living through quality organic and herbal products while empowering small entrepreneurs to build their own sources of income. Through a values-based system and a growing distribution network, REH KINGS continues to expand its reach without losing sight of the human stories behind its growth.
As Garcia reminded attendees during the Congress:
“Today, we stand here seven years strong. And strong does not mean untouched by challenge. It means shaped by experience and upheld by grace. Grace to begin without guarantee. Grace to endure seasons that demand persistence. Grace to remain steady when growth requires humility.”
And strong does not mean untouched by challenge. It means shaped by experience and upheld by grace.
“Empire was never built overnight. It was built decision by decision, person by person, day by day. That is what legacy looks like. It’s no longer about standing in front. It is about standing for something. Standing for people, standing for principles, and standing for a future that will outlive us. That is the kind of empire we are building together. Seven years in, all my questions, it’s no longer how can we do, but how we build what we have behind, what we have built behind. And the answer is, we need to do.”

Empire was never built overnight. It was built decision by decision, person by person, day by day.
A Leader Shaped by Service
Long before leading a growing enterprise, Garcia was a teacher, an identity that continues to shape her leadership philosophy.
“I’m a simple person, I’m a teacher by profession.
Her early exposure to direct selling became the foundation for what would later evolve into a structured system for entrepreneurial growth.
Today, that vision has translated into a growing workforce and a nationwide member base.
[Ngayon] More than 50 na ang aming mga empleyado,” she said.

Strength Forged Through Challenges
The path to growth was not without hardship. Garcia spoke candidly about moments when the journey nearly came to a halt.
This resilience has become part of the organization’s culture.

Health, Beauty, Wellness—and Opportunity
Central to the company’s expansion is its product ecosystem designed to support holistic well-being.
Basically, health, beauty, and wellness [products].”

The move into beauty was also deeply personal.
Beyond product innovation, the company ensures that ingredients are carefully sourced and processed to meet quality standards, guided by herbalist Ka Rey Herrera’s continued research and development.
Legacy in Motion
The Members Congress highlighted key milestones — seven years of sustained growth, a nationwide network of entrepreneurs, annual leadership assemblies, and a consistent media presence across television, radio, and digital platforms. The event was attended by celebrities — broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez-Roxas, radio personality Pat-P Daza, and wellness advocate Dr. Cecil Catapang.

For Garcia, the milestone is less about arrival and more about foundation. She had a very impactful ending to her speech that day, reiterating the company’s mission and vision:
“This is not the peak of our story. This is the person, the foundation. Thank you for believing. Thank you for staying. And thank you for building together. One vision, one empire. Seven years strong, building legacy.”
Seven years in, the message from Garcia leadership is clear — an empire is not defined by scale, but by purpose and by the people who choose, year after year, to build it together.
