Lovi Poe and Derek Ramsay‘s first film teamup The Escort by Regal Films earned an b from the MTRCB (Movie and Television Review and Classification Board). Tagged as an erotic and intriguing film, The Escort features the love story of Xyruz (Derek), a former escort, and Yassi (Lovi Poe), a receptionist-turned-escort. In the course of meeting each other in the film, Xyruz will fall madly in love with Yassi but he will have to sacrifice his feelings because of his work in an escort company. The story revolves around the issue of having to sacrifice love for wealth.
The film takes pride in having a stellar supporting cast – Christopher De Leon, Jean Garcia, Rommel Padilla, Dimples Romana, Jackie Lou Blanco and Albie Casiño.
