As KC Concepcion turned 29 last April 7, close friends were present during her intimate birthday salubong. Spotted in the event via KC’s Instagram post is actor Paulo Avelino who earlier admitted dating the Mega daughter. Whether or not they’re officially together now, we have yet to find out.
