Director Gino M. Santos‘ name has been popping up these days because of his box-office mainstream film, Ex with Benefits, starring Coleen Garcia and Derek Ramsay. Prior to this hit project, DLS-College of St. Benilde graduate Gino, 25, has already been active in the indie film industry, with some of his films shown in local and international film festivals. During the Kris TV episode earlier, Kris Aquino herself couldn’t help but rave about the newest Star Cinema offering and how cute the director is when lead actress Coleen Garcia (who’s been friends with the director since they were kids) showed her a photo.
