Kapuso loveteam Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza a.k.a. AlDub auctioned off their personal items at the GMA Kapuso Celebrity Ukay-Ukay (Noel Bazaar 2016, World Trade Center). While Maine had her long-sleeved top sold at Php12,500, Alden auctioned off his pair of pre-owned Nike Air Max rubber shoes with a final bidding of US$300. San Francisco-based fans were the buyers of the shoes and it was shared that they took a two-week leave from their work abroad to meet AlDub in the Philippines.
Proceeds from the GMA Kapuso Celebrity Ukay-Ukay will benefit the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
